The Best Great-Tasting and Cheesier Mexican Food Restaurant Out There!!!.
Seriously GREAT food here!! We have looked all over the Internet for a mexican restaurant that served Pollo Fundido. Prior to going to Corona Village last night it had just been Azteca Restaurant in Seattle, WA, that we had found it and now we have - woo hoo!!
At Corona they call it Pollo Malteado but it's exactly as Azteca's version but BETTER and CHEESECREAMIER!!! What we're talkin is a flour tortilla with wonderfully seasoned shredded chicken, three kinds of cheeses including cream cheese, plus additional type of cheese melted on top - but not before the rolled up delight is deep fried. I apologize up front for not knowing my cheeses in this but one of them is definitely jack - I'd know that cheese anywhere!! The other cheeses are out of this world!! Oh my word!!!
The people are super friendly there with fast service!!!
I think this is our new favorite mexican restaurant!!!
