Usually Hungover.
Ive recieved poor service in the past with this company.
either they claim I wasnt specific enough or they misunderstood regardless, Upon entering the store I overheard a racial slander from Adam Hyer (the owners son) and he claimed to be dying. 5 feet from the front counter I could smell the booze on his breath. This has been goin on for too long. Someone needs to take charge. Maybe the owner should, or the father Thats you and you MIKE HYER!
