They will rip you off if you're not
careful. I purchased an expensive 4-seat theater couch from them. Within 18 mos it had leather that was peeling off and springs that were broken and mechanisms that wouldn't work to recline the chairs any longer. We used these about 1 day a week on average at most.
RC Willey wouldn't honor any warrantee because the leather had expired and the mechanism would cost me $70 for service call. The guy comes and fixes the springs and mechanisms. Now they don't recline at all.
I go to the store and complain. "too bad" so sad. They won't help. I call the store GM. He says someone will call and correct at least the mechanisms. Someone does call, 4 times, while I am at work. I call back the next day and leave 2 messages. It's now been 2 months -- no return call.
Ripped off on the $2000 couch and now ripped off on the $70 service fee to "fix" my couch. They actually broke it.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE!! Cheap, cheap, cheap. Don't take pride or responsibility for their merchandise. This is my opinion.
We have made numerous purchases with RC Willey. We keep going back for the great sales they have, not to mention the wonderful customer service.
RC Willey buying experience.
To date we have have three seperate major purchases from this retailer. All have been a very good experience with excellent pricing, on time delivery and set up. Their sales people were very knowledgeable and followed up with us after the sale.
We highly recommend this retailer.

Great store for appliance purchase. RC Willey never disappoints.....Our stove stopped working on a Wednesday night....we went right into RC Willey on Thursday morning and the stove was delivered on Saturday bright and early. It only took a matter of minutes to purchase the stove....and the delivery and installation was probably just as fast. That's great customer service.
Fabulous RC Willey Experience.
Once again I had a tremendous experience at RC Willey. Not only was the purchase a great price/deal, they brought it out to me, set it up and hauled away the old appliances.
Truly an exceptional experience.
Lack of Doing the Right Thing.... My husband and I have been waiting for a couch that we ordered in September of 2009. We were told that the couch would arrive before we moved into our new home in October. Well the couch didn't arrive the first of October and then we were told it would arrive at the end of October. I asked to talk to the manager and he sent the customer service rep to talk to us and telling us that there is nothing they can do. I asked them to sell us the floor model and they said they couldn't do that. I asked why, and he said the floor model was to new. So in other words they didn't want to sell the floor model because they would loose other sales. We are now in November and we do not have our couch. My husband called today and they told it that it would arrive at the end of November. It was sure nice of our salesman to call us to let us know that we would be receiving the couch as previously agreed to. We are done with RC Willey and will be cancelling our order and buying from someone else.
Avoid at all costs! They use bait and switch! Buyers Beware!.
I received an email advertisement with the exact refrigerator I wanted for our remodeled kitchen for a price that I could afford "$1199. 96 - Price before $200 coupon savings."
I was so excited. I immediately transferred money out of our savings to pay for it and planned my day around going and getting our new refrigerator. My husband and I happened by there the day before the sale so we stopped in to look at it.
The salesman asked us if we needed help and when we told him that we were there to look at the model that was advertised for the one day sale the following day he told us there had been a retraction and the price was actually $1999. "Sorry, but that's still a good price."
I expected an email retraction in my inbox when I got home but as of 6pm the day before the sale I haven't gotten one.
I called the store and spoke with a manager who was quite rude and told me there was nothing they could do. She offered to give me an extra $50 off the price. That wasn't even worth the price of gas driving to the store let alone me taking the day off work to get my new refrigerator.
After talking to some friends who have had similar experiences with RC Willey I've come to the conclusion that their sales tactics are unethical. They commonly use the bait and switch to lure people into the store and then tell them either the price was a misprint or they don't have the advertised item available.
They have lost a customer for life. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.
