What a great air cleaning machine!!!!

The representative was very well informed and able to help us understand the wonderful benefits of cleaning with a Rainbow air cleaning system. It cleans virtually everything in your home and uses water as its main filter. Truly amazing. great warranty and quality. can't wait to use mine. Every home in the world should have a Rainbow in it.
- Pros: Fun and Very Educational
- Cons: Showed me my new cleaner doesn't and never will work, yikes!

Rainbow Vacuum Sales

False representation, lack of knowledge and poor sales practices equalls a disasterous experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless of course you like being lied to. I will not tell my story because I have already reported this company to the appropriate companies.
- Pros: Great vacuum
- Cons: High priced, lack of sales knowledge, poor customer service, false or misrepresentaion of sales
