Horrible Experience. Where do I start? Terrible service to begin with. I booked an appointment at the suggestion of a friend and when I showed up they claimed to have no knowledge of my appointment. Apparently a regular customer came in and I was bumped from the stylist's appointments to make room for her. No excuse for this kind of things. Ended up getting squeezed in with another stylist who I can't even begin to describe to you how incompetent she was. She didn't listen to me when I told her what I wanted and what I didn't want. Kept insisting on her "vision" for me and was very snotty when I finally reminded her that I was the cutomer and that she better do what I wanted. Her whole mood changed and she worked like I was the first person she ever had as a customer, no, more like I was her first salon school victim. I don't think she ever cut hair before and that she must have got her license out of a box of cereal or as a prize from a gum ball machine. Butchered my hair and didn't even ofer an apology. Steer clear of this place if you value your hair.
