The facility is clean and well organized.

I took my car in to get the alternator replaced and checked if it needed some thing else done. Well luckily John was able to help me in a timely professional matter. Thank you for not taking a long time to repair my car.
My car was making a squeaking sound, I took in to Johns auto care center and the guy who helped me was really nice and found the solution to my cars problem. It results that my timing belt needed to be replaced. Thank you for all your help
I like how they donÃ¢Â?Â?t add services that. I like how they donâ??t add services that they donâ??t need to add to you so you donâ??t have to spent more than what you plan on repairs. They are a great staff I strongly recommend them to you.
Honest Service, Excellent Repairs.
The world needs more honest mechanics! And that is exactly what you will find at John's Auto Care Center. This place was amazing! Clint and Shawn were friendly, and knowledgeable with regards to my repairs. They did not pressure me into a decision, but made me aware of what my car needed, and let me be in control of how I spent my money. They got my car in quickly, had it repaired in no time, and answered all of my questions along the way!
I was referred to this shop by a long time client of theirs, and I am glad I went! I will do ALL my auto repairs with them! They are a 4 star company for sure!

I have been a customer of John Biss for several decades. I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and even have developed a friendship. John and his entire staff go above and beyond to ensure that i am happy with the results of their work. They use quality parts and have a great warranty. John has at times provided me with one of his own vehicles as a loaner. The folks here who dis his business have pretty obviously gone way out of their way to trash something in a dishonest fashion. Over 2 decades I have only seen hundreds of smiling customers at his counter, heard most called by their first names and seen them leave very satisfied.
Once, my brother came into town in his motor home, had a problem and John himself came down and got him back on the road in 1 day instead of what my brother expected would be at least an extra week in Meridian. Instead of spending several thousand dollars (my brother's fairly educated estimate), he was out a few hundred dollars and left with the same feeling that I have about Idaho and idaho's small businesses.....paradise compared to virtually any place else.
worst auto mechanic experience of my life. i RUE the DAY that i left my car with john's. they took my list of a few window and door issues and an engine gage and turned it into a $5000+ list of things i should fix. i said no, just do a few of the original problems. john called and warned me my car would fail me if i didn't at least replace about $800 worth of hoses. when doing that, they found another $800+ things to do with ignition and injection. i said no thanks and they put it back together and within 100 miles it was burning oil and within 400 it was up to 3 quarts, and the engine had been running perfectly before they touched it. they won't take any responsibility since i refused to do EVERYTHING they wanted me to. beware beware beware...they took me for $1800 and ruined my engine so now my car is worth $500 as a trade in. their "guarantee" is a false advertisment. i would have been better off with teenagers at speedi lube.

Like most people, when someone sells me bad products and/or services, I'm going t be angry, insulted, and in their face.
On the other hand, when someone gives me good products and great service, I feel that they deserve to be complmented for their quality and integrity.
This is one of those cases, where I can only give kudos to John's for the quality of their work, and the integrity of backing up their warranties! They've done a marvelous job of keeping my old 85 Toyota Corolla up and running. And I mean running very well! On any repair that was under their 2 year warranty, and was having a problem, they corrected it at once, with no additional costs to me. In todays world, that's integrity plus!

STRAIGHT UP TOLD A LIE. I had brought a 2001 grand am to John's aut for failed emissions test. I agreed to a 180 dollar system check was told they needed to drop the tank and would run 382 dollars. I paid the 382 went home looked under the car and realized the tank wasnt even touched. A $30 plastic "fuel tank vent valve" had been installed and had to take all of about 10 minutes to install. I am frustrated with the dishonesty and am sick thinking about how many other people have been taken advantage of at John's Automotive in Meridian Idaho. Spread the word about this SHAM OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
