I called several local Heating places looking for parts and was told by all of them that they do not sell parts but they would love to come to my house and charge me exorbitantly for replacing the burnout igniter. I am a confidant handy man and don't usually need someone else fixing things I just need parts. So I can order them online if no one will sell me parts. BUT the folks at Advanced Heating are different from the rest. They said that they would be happy to assist me in getting the heat back in my house. I went down to their shop and within 10 Minutes I had the part needed to fix my furnace. No harassment or trying to work me over for more money. That is Customer Service! I really appreciate it. I recommend them for all your part needs. Thanks for caring about customers.

misleading advertisment

I responded to an advertisement that they sent to my address, offering a free service call with a $10 ID Foodbank donation. After further conversation on the phone, coming out to look at my heater is not a "service call", but a "diagnostic call" and would cost MUCH more. VERY MISLEADING; will not give them my business.
