Dunkley Music.
I went to Dunkley to inquire about repairing an instrument for my child. I found their techs to be both very helpful and personable. I was concerned going I would be told that the instrument would be too old and I would be better off buying a new one. The gentleman looked over the instrument and suggested what needed to be repaired. He also suggested waiting until it was closer to the time we would use it so the six month repair warranty would be beneficial. I was very pleased with the overall service of their repair shop and for parents whose children are beginning to enter band at school and do not have a lot of experience with instruments, I recommend stopping by Dunkley.

uh huh.
Went for sheet music. Looking at selection was severely disappointed, most was from a certain composer that most serious players of my instrument tend to have learned pieces by and moved on. Luckily they carried the publisher I needed (Master or Master's music pub) so I could order it, but it took a bit longer than the promised 2 weeks. Would just go online next time, I thought I'd try it at first in hopes of great and joyful surprise, but no.
My word, 80% Gordon Young, 10% 'collections' and 10% stuff I already have! Pathetic.
