Best!. I love Graeber and in fact I just wrote a bad review for my local salon... I told my husband last night I will drive out of my way to Graeber than try anywhere else from now on! I learned my lesson! Graeber is great- I have always felt like I was in good hands and could trust the person doing my hair or eyebrow wax. Everyone seems very well trained and know what they're doing. No need to be nervous! I love their healthy products (so does my hubby) and will continue to go back. Their eyebrow waxes are the best- the gals truly professional and always get it right the first time. You really feel pampered at Graeber and like you matter to them. The only bad thing I would say is that I have felt very looked down on by the receptionist girls. I don't know why, but they just have been very snobby. Everyone else is great though.

Love graeber and company. I love Graeber and company. It has a very good feel and the service is great. All the staff seem very experienced and professional. and prices are reasonable for such a high end salon. I recommend it for women, men, and children. It seemed like kids were very welcome. Great overall experience!

Overpriced, over-rated and sloppy. For as much money as this place is generating, it could use a make over...the stations are sloppy. The front desk ladies are terrific, friendly and professional. The prices are way too high for the service rendered. It feels more like a barber school than the trendy downtown place it claims to be. Come on Graeber, use some of that North End money that comes in youre place by the truckload and give the place some class.

AWESOME VERY UPSCALE SALON. I LOVED THIS SALON AND IT SEEMS VERY UP TO DATE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS NICER THAN MOST SALONS IN SOME OF THE BIGGER CITIES.
