Honest, Reliable Car Service. I havehad many of my BMW's serviced over the years by Hurless Brothers, but, we moved to Seattle 13 years ago and last summer we were passing through Boise on the way to Sun Valley and my 528i developed a strange noise upon acceleration - we stopped by Hurless and asked Todd to listen - bad breather valve - what? Here is where the trust comes in - Anyway he convinced me not to drive on to Sun Valley, but he did not want to interrupt our vacation or let us drive this car to sun Valley and even though they were slammed for the week - he said " I will figure out a way to work you in today" - 3 hours of labor and the part was in stock - plus, he let us use a loaner car - warranty fix, but I must say - we have not been to this shop in 13 years and Todd and Brett treated us like we were family - they have always been honest and trustworthy and provided the right fix the first time- all I can ask is, can you move your shop to Seattle??? Thanks, Todd and Brett - we are indebted to your you for not letting car trouble ruin our time in Idaho...you are the best.

Great Work. My car was in a hit and run. I needed to get it fixed quickly, but I needed to find a reliable repair shop. I was paying for the repairs out of my own pocket, so I wanted a great deal. Hurless Brothers got me what I needed. Thank you.

Honest. They are guys that you can seriously trust your car with. They will be very specific and explain everything that is being done to your car. Definitely the place to bring your car.

Professional & Trustworthy. Always so professional and trustworthy. Now we have a new car and I want the dealers warranty to expire so I can once again have Hurless do our maintenance work!

Trustworthy. Reliable. Trustworthy. Quality service. Have you ever been to an auto shop and you leave feeling that you just got hustled somehow? Well, you'll NEVER get that feeling at Hurless Brothers.

Very knowledgeable. The best car shop around! The guys are very knowledgeable and honest. If you care about your car/truck and you want to know it's being taken care of, then Hurless Brothers is for you.

They are the best. Bret and Todd are the best. I have had both of my BMW's (a 2004 and a 1987) in and the bill was never more than advertised. They even knew about a recall on the 2004 that saved me 1500 dollars in repairs! I can't say enough good things about them!

Completely satisfied. They always take the necessary time to explain repairs and services done to my car. I do not feel they are overpriced like others have asserted here compared to Petersons. They've always been less - they aren't out for revenue like Petersons. Have you seen the sheet of 'recommendations' from Petersons when you go to pickup your car? They try to nickel and dime you for everything. They even complained about the tires on my car not being sold by them!. Improvements: Waiting room a bit cramped but part of the fun!. Other: Highly recommend Hurless for service and repair needs. 110% satisfied customer!.
