I have known the owners of this company for quite some time now and have to say they are a couple of the most professional property managers I have met. They have an extensive knowledge base, not only of landlord / tenant laws but fair housing practices as well. I highly recommend Chapman Properties to any property owner looking for professional property management.

I've been renting from them for almost a year now, and I am very happy. They have never lost any rent checks, and when I need something in the apt fixed they send someone right away.

I own various properties and every management company handles their responsibilities differently. Chapman is very responsive when it comes to documents, billing, etc. They are very good at handling payments, record keeping and following up on issues. Thanks guys.

Chapman Properties is wonderfully thorough and comprehensive in every way. In finding our new apartment, the thoughtfulness and professionalism experienced were top of the line. The process from viewing to lease was efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them!!

Chapman properties are really helpful, professional & Always respond to every concern in a timely matter. Everyone from upper management to the hard working maintenance men most of the time go over & beyond help me!! The building is really clean where I live, the manager is really friendly. I'm happy to easy at night

Our family has been pretty pleased with Chapman Properties because they have been there when we needed them. From a garage door problem to the problem we had with the washer, they are always ready and willing to help. We really appreciate the immediate service from PJ and the team.

chapman properties has a policy to dispose personal property that is left in a rental home...no matter the property value and forget the fact that they have all of your contact information. Family heirloom...trash it. Important document..trash it. Military Uniforms...trash them! Renter be warned, Your property has Zero value while it is in their property. I am extremely disappointed in your thoughtless actions.
