Well Established Asian Restaurant ...Good and Consistant. Most important to me is cleanliness for any restaurant. Confucius meets my expectations as I had to walk through their kitchen one time and it was immaculate. The food is authentically good and reasonable. My service was excellent and they serve generously. The atmosphere is kid friendly and I can't wait to return. Family owned and they all take pride!

Best black bean sauce ever!. Are you Bob and Carole Normals KIDDING ME?

This place kicks butt! The BEST black bean sauce

and squid I know of and the price is RIGHT, baby!

Bland. The best part of our meal was the Crab Rangoon and the fortune cookies. Being our first time in the restaurant, my husband and I asked the waitress for assistance in choosing our entrees. The waitress recommended the Confuscious Chow Mein and the Spicy Beef. All we can say is "where is the flavor?" Both were completely bland. Maybe it was just an off night in the kitchen??? With an 8.6 rating being offered by Citysearch, I have to hope that is the case.

Best Wonton soup I ever had, lots of vegetables and wontons.

Large portions of everything.
