Lacking good customer service and knowledge. I feel this company has customer service and ability to communicate their product to the public is lacking. I called for some information on their trampolines size and price, after I had visited the location of the store. The advice I recieved was less than satisfactory, and I felt I was hurried off the phone, ending up confused about the product and best size for my children. I understood the speed they could put a trampoline up, but safety for my children would be my first priority. I would not recomend this company just for their customer service and I would be afraid if something was wrong with the product they would not take the time, or concern for the warrently, if its equivilant to their store and phone customer service. I decided to buy else where, and my children now have a trampoline they love. Customers should always come first.
