Nice room. Nice staff.. No problems. Staff was very nice and did a great job. Room was nice. Restaurant was very good.
Just ok. This is my third stay in the last six months at a Holiday Inn in the northwest. The Boise Airport Holiday Inn is much like the other two: a comfortable bed, but not much else. The staff was friendly enough, but the guy who came to plunge the toilet that was clogged when I arrived, left toilet water on the floor-albeit with a smile on his face. The next morning's breakfast was made uncomfortable by someone in the kitchen berating a coworker loudly enough that the 3 of us in the dining room could easily hear every word. The rooms are clean enough, but the light fixtures and switches need a good scrubbing. The bathroom lacked any ventilation causing the wallpaper in that area to peel and sag. As I said, the bed was comfortable, but not so comfortable that I'll stay in this or any other Holiday Inn again if there are other options available.
For more than 50 years, this hotel's familiar green sign has signaled budget-friendly lodging for families and business travelers..
