Theft. Some of my belongings were stolen by housekeeping. Management promised to investigate the matter, but they haven't returned my calls, emails, or faxes. I've opened a dialog with my lawyer regarding possible courses of action.

Hello Josh,
We received your fax where you indicated your fiancee left her prescription medication and other things in your room. You suggested we could 'mail the box' to you and "charge your credit card on file" which we did. You did not mention any alleged theft by one of our valued employees. Great Hotel. Hotel room big and clean, with a nice view of river just in the back yard. Jogging to the Idaho Falls and Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Generous complimentary Breakfasts. Two thumbs up.
