BEWARE Shady & Negligent.Gate at property will cause substantial damage to my vehicle upon leaving, have tried several times to contact them, does not return phone calls!. I was taking care of a residence pets while they were away. Upon leaving 1 evening, the gate at the top of the drive slammed down on the top of my car causing substanial damage to my car. The girl in office had written a statment admitting fault. The next day, I brought this up to my client just to find out that they too had fell victim to this gate & that it also happened to another young girls car that worked there at the time but she had refused to do anything in fear of losing her job.

My negligence accusation stems from them knowing that this had happened several times to other people & even paid for repair costs to my client. Their reply to me was that it would have to be turned into to my clients insurance. Refusing to do so, I have obtained written estimates & just today went into the company a little over a month later since no one in the last 5 weeks has returned any of my calls. The woman at the desk this time noted that I was there for that reason & that she would contact the person in charge and would have them call me back. A little over an hour later, the same woman called stating that she had spoken to the person in charge & that they told me that they would not cover it & to turn it into my own insurance company now. The person in charge will not have anything to do with me, simply ignores me.

These low lifes actually tried at first, to get me to stiff my elderly clients with the bill, now tells me to take it up with my insurance so this Wednesday, I will be filing a negligence suit against this company. I have tried being nice, explaining that all that I want is for my car to be repaired the way that it was prior to their gate damiging my vehicle but it looks as if they want to play dirty so now I am forced to call several witnesses into court, including the elderly couple whos car the same thing had happened to previously. Isn't this considered negligence?
