Excellent cuts of meat, so-so service

Have been purchasing bundles of meat from Bob's for years. Meat is usually A+ excellent, especially the beef and bacon. Cuts of pork are good as well. Service is neither speedy nor with a smile, and they won't do much "outside the box" to please customers. Overall though, the quality of the beef keeps us coming back.

• Cons: Not willing to do much in the name of customer service
