As Bad As It Gets. I bought an expensive guitar from Welch Music via layaway. 10 months later, still can't get a receipt for the final purchase. Did eventually get one that was reproduced, but it had no purchase date on it. All I ever got was a runaround and verbally insulted at every turn. The guitar needed warranty repair with Yamaha and almost didn't happen because I couldn't produce a proof of purchase document. Had no choice but to turn it over to the Idaho Office of the Attorney General who is currently interceding on my behalf. In all my 50 years of life, I have never engaged in a purchase experience as bad as this one. Absolutely the worst!
