Terrible experience, Avoid..
Employees here are completely inept at performing the simplest tasks. Had issues with the insurance company and pearle vision refused to contact them and only reimbursed me for half of the insurance claim when the insurance company provided them the full amount. Called them 3 times to ask about this and they told me they don't know why this happened or what to do.

The most knowledgeable and patient eye doctor!.
Dr. Ough was fantastic! He actually took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vision! I've talked to others who have said the same thing, too. He always takes time with his patients and gives them all the details. It was the best exam I ever had!
But if you are looking for him in the mall, don't. The office has moved to the corner of Cole and Emerald!
