The little sushi engine that could.... I LOVE sushi, and have yet to find a place in Boise as good as Ichiban. The sushi chef is friendly (and recognizes me even though hubby and I can only afford to go there once every couple months), and once he knows your tastes, you don't even need to look at the menu. Prices are comparable to any similar restaurant. This place is severely underrated - forget the snooty downtown joints that are closing right and left, and ENJOY your sushi!
