HORRIBLE customer service.
Had a couple transactions with this establishment. Never again will I set foot into the door. Slow and disrespectful service, prices way TOO high.
Do NOT do business with them. You'll waste your time and money.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was treated with extreme disrespect. I was yelled at in front of other customers because they failed to order my daughter's glasses frames a month previously. I was told to go elsewhere. I informed them that I would be reporting them and they said "do it", so I am "doing it". Not only am I reporting them to the B B B and Medicaid, but I also want to get the word out all over the web. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE (unless you are a masochist)!
Nice but very slow. These people are very nice and helpful when you are in the office....but they are slow and do not follow though like they should. I took my daughter in for glasseson a Saturday. The tech noticed that the RX was expired (We had just left the OD but they made a copy of the wrong RX for me). Lifetime's girl told me that it was not a problem, they would call the OD's office on Monday and get the correct RX and my daughters glasses should be ready in about 10 days. I waited 15 days and never got a call from them. I called them back to get the status of the glasses. I was told by the man that answered the phone that he was too busy with in store customers to take a phone call. I insisted that he at least give me an update on the glasses I already ordered. After putting me on hold for over 5 minutes, he told me that they forgot to request the RX from the OD!!! He would get it the next day. I called back 2 days later and was told that they now had the RX but it would be ANOTHER 10 days before the glasses would be ready!!! Since they are already paid for all I can do now is wait.
