Great cut by Samantha. Tried a couple of other places before I went to Samantha at the Beehive. Finally I found a great salon and talented stylist in Boise. Can't say enough good things.

The Beehive is Wonderful!. I had a wonderful experience when I went to The Beehive to get my hair cut.

To start things off, I got an amazing neck massage with this soothing oil that smelled really good.

The hair cut I received was the best that I have ever had. I will definitely be back to see the gals at The Beehive from now on.

Perfect Location. The Hives downtown location is perfect for me to get my hair done on my lunch break or right after work. I'll never go anywhere else, Thanks!

The Hive Rocks!. The stylist at the Beehive Salon are all extremely well trained and do an awesome job every time I go. I always leave with a smile!

Best Salon in Boise. I've been several times; the atmosphere is fun and everyone in the salon is super friendly. If you want a great cut and color, I recommend the stylist Alyssa. She has done my hair for years and has recently moved to this salon. She's a natural artist who does clean cuts and amazing dye work. The beehive is an awesome salon and a great business that I highly recommend.

Great Experience. I am new to Boise with in the past 2 years. I lived in Seattle and was loyal to my stylist at a Bumble and bumble salon for years. I tried a few salons around the Boise area and failed to find a place to satisfy my beauty needs. I went to bumble's website and found The Beehive. Finally, I found a salon with a great atmosphere and amazing talent. I just went back for my 3rd visit and am sure I have finally found a permanent stylist in Boise.

Mixed feelings. I have kind of mixed feelings about Beehive. I've been there quite a few times before. I've had probably the best haircut ever and color from them. I was SO excited with the outcome. It really just depends on what stylist you get. The salon itself is very funky and modern-hip, as are its stylists. I would not call it "upscale" sleek, or trendy by any means though. It's also very cluttered and dirty. But again, I loved my cut. On the other hand, my eyebrow waxes there have been so-so. I think they've done a great job, but the gal they always stick me with is a smoker. She will lean over me and breathe right in my face and I started gagging last time because I was breathing in nicotine and it was disgusting. I did not ask for that! I could not leave fast enough. This has happened several times. I have no respect for people like that. I don't think she realizes how unprofessional and gross that is. One good thing though, one time when I went for a brow wax the nice girl I had took me next door and re-did my makeup for free since I was going out afterward. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful. Their prices are fair enough, but I still have mixed feelings about the place. It's probably 3rd or 4th on my list of places if I can't get in somewhere better.
