I can't remember the last time I was so unimpressed with a restaurant! The lunch buffet was terrible. Half the items were gone and what was left was mediocre at best. They asked us what we would like to have them refill, but that didn't happen. On top of all this they had the gull to add 18% tip to the bill for a group of 6!!! I will never eat there again and make sure that everyone I know does the same....

Billy and Daniel are ungrateful, self serving, arrogant, greedy people who offer poor service. The food is flavorful. The atmosphere is nice. Too bad the management and owner are so careless about the customer experience.

They market themselves like crazy. But when people come in as a result of their marketing they are treated to a terrible experience.

Shige is better. Pho Tam is better. Chiang Mai is better. Because all of these treat customers with appreciation and gratitude!!!!

Gr8t food, gr8t servers, crappy managers. This is the second time that I have been in this place and seen a confrontation between what looked to be a manager or owner and an employee! It ended with the bartender, who was very nice, being given the finger and a complimentary F-Bomb! To which he returned in kind! This is not the way I want to spend my Friday night out! Unbelievable! Maybe call for take -out?

Terrible management. i love the food. no complaints. but the face that the owner of the restaurant and the manager come to check on you every freakin minute, ruins the dining experience. amazing wait staff, but the managers make them look bad. so my suggestion is if you go to Mai Thai, go to the Eagle location. Better atmosphere and no annoying "head honchos" with their heads up their asses.

Great Vegatatian options. It so nice to see a restaurant that dares to put vegatarian duck on the menu. You can choose from several veggie protien options in any of the dishes. The food is pretty consistent and good and the menu offers many types of Thai dishes. This is a place that you could dine many times due to all of the choices.

not so much. In fact, I'm from an area with a number of tasty Thai restaurants. I'm also a vegetarian in a loose sense, meaning fish sauce is ok. I ordered the tofu pad thai, a Thai staple, from a huge menu padded with every possible combination of simple dishes and a few random ones. My pad thai was nicely presented, but VERY fishy. It seemed like either there was too much fish sauce in it or it hadn't been cooked long enough to get rid of the odor. My dining companion convinced me to send it back, something I'd never done. The waiter said the chef thought I was wrong about the smell and flavor because I'm vegetarian, and didn't I know there was fish sauce in it? No, it was awful; yes, I know about fish sauce. The replacement was very light on fish sauce, and nothing special anyway.
