Really poor customer service!. My father-in-law sent us several gift cards worth a couple hundred dollars as a baby shower gift. When we went to use them (after loading up our cart with all of the necessary goods) we were told there was something wrong with the cards.

They could tell they were paid for but were not ringing up. Needless to say, the manager was called over but was no help. Because the cards were paid for at a Safeway, Babies R Us could do nothing for us (even though the gift cards were for BRU). After spending over an hour trying to figure it out we gave up. My father in law spend A LOT of money on useless gift cards!!

Beware of buying gift cards from Babies R Us!!
