Untraditional Sushi - Thumbs Up!. Superb catagorizes themselves as "untraditional" sushi. Not knowing a lot about traditional sushi, I cannot say otherwise, but I know what I like... and this I like! My personal favorite is the "Dragon's Breath" roll. But friends are in love with the "Life is Good" roll and the "Crane Creek" is a favorite among those who shy away from raw.

The atmosphere is extreemly casual, so I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a fancy night out. You order inside at the counter then sit out in the atrium at patio tables (inside or outside dining is available. The rolls are good and you feel like you're getting your money's worth. If your needing a sushi fix, this is a great place!
