Best service, Great authentic Mexican. The staff at Chapala's is the best of any restaurant I have ever been to. Hands down. They are friendly, attentive, and not only willing to, but WANTING to be helpful and friendly. They are very kid friendly. The food is the best Mexican you can get in Boise. The food is all authentically prepared per order and is very good. The decor and ambiance inside Chapala's is fun and relaxing. While I am reviewing the Chapala's on Vista as this is the one that we frequent most often, I have also been to several other Chapala's in Boise and Nampa, and have found they are ALL this good. Kudos to the owners.
