Bought their (deal of the day) B1G1/pkg set (Yes I fell for it) thinking it a bit spendy a little tallying I can buy more qty & good quality @ the store/meat market for a lot LESS. Kicker-the bxs all marked Pkgd a YEAR AGO! Called # on receipt NO Luck, web found Local # called she was nice & had my info from the sell asked for refund & return! She said she would process 2day it can take a wk show refund back on card x my fingers - anyone having trouble contacting them here is the local # in Boise 331-5629. Website don’t Exist, Check the reviews they are VERY BAD& Reports in BBB many complaints! So BEWARECheck the reviews on them they are VERY BAD& Reports in BBB many complaints! So BEWARE

Most grocery stores are cheaper and tastes better!

Let’s see, they wanted $400 for 6 boxes of beef. They told me my neighbor just bought some and liked it. Well I knew my neighbor and if he liked it, I knew it was good. But I thought it was too expensive. I asked the door-to-door salesman how much it weighs; It’s easier to compare apples to apples per/lb instead of per/box. He refused to tell me and gave me a junk excuse. But he said he would sell the 6 boxes for $200. And I took it hook line and sinker. Later I weighed it; 25 lbs. So that’s $8/lb. Most of it was hamburger. As I grilled up the meats over the summer, the hamburger was the only good tasting meat. So I learned that the meat is better tasting and much cheaper at Sam’s Club. BTW I talked to my neighbor. He said yummymeats came by but no way did he buy any. Boy did yummymeats dupe me!

A more respectable price for the beef: 6 boxes for $100 total.

Yummy Meats Scam

We purchased about $2,500 worth of meat from this company about 5yrs ago and they included a freezer...great experience. Last Tuesday they came out to sell us some more meat. We had a good experience with them before and we liked the salesperson so we decided to buy $800 more. My wife cooked it up that evening and was not overly impressed. She decided to cancel the order so we called the salesperson the very next day to tell him we wanted to cancel. That is where everything went downhill. He gave us their customer service number since he said he couldn't do anything once he sold us the meat. Since 5/18/11 we have tried their # several times a day and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. Yesterday I was finally able to leave a message but still no call back. I even went to their office and no one was there. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and even cancelled my check I wrote for half of the purchase. The salesperson told me they are just so busy this time of year with so many people buying meat from them. I can't confirm or deny that comment but their customer service is absolutely horrible. By law they have 10 days to return my $ so if that day comes I will be forced to file a small claim like the other person on this site. Buy if you dare but don't think the road will be easy if you have a problem with your purchase!!

Worst customer service I have ever had. I had been a customer before and like the product. I ordered some more, they shorted me 19 steaks, I called for that and to exchange some meats within hours of buying. They refused to answer me. I called on the third day to either get my meats or to get my money back. Still not return phone call. I emailed again, got a message back from them, called them back 6 times that day first call 10 minutes after they called me, never got a returned phone call. I emailed again, asking them to just show up at my home between this time and this time, they did not. Called and emailed again, will not return phone call, there message machine is full and will not take any more messages. So I have no recourse but to file a small claims to get my money back. If you look them up on BBB there rating is F, that should tell you something.
