I have not had a good experience here. Reading the reviews makes me wonder how much money and patience the other reviewers have. I don't consider a dress from 700 on up to be a good price, nor do I appreciate the fact that the dress that we ordered came in a size smaller than was ordered. The alterations will be done free of charge, but there has already been damage done on the back corset trying to lace it up (it's too small) missing jewels and a jacket that is way too small. I was not even offered the option of sending the small size back and reordering the correct size. We shall see how good they are at alterations. The dress didn't look like it was new either, like it had been hanging around for awhile. Like I said we are not finished and we shall see, but, for future reference this is a NO refund policy store and even though they made the mistake in size It was not offered to order the correct size... I'm hoping the dress won't fall apart during prom because it's too small.

I purchased an amazing dress from this store month and was really impressed with everything from the product to the customer service.The dress looks great and the shopping experience was good. Most of my friends plan to order from them as well.

Good Experience!. We bought two dresses for daughters proms. They had a great sale going on in February. Most dresses were half off. There was a little problem with the seamstress understanding the alterations, but eventually everything worked out fine. The man behind the desk was nice and appriciative. They had alot of choices, prices were better than what I expected. Staff was very helpful. We had a very good experience with Dadu.

Senior Prom. So everyone in Boise knows that this THE PROM AND WEDDING shop to go to! Well I got my dress here and it was perfect! Alterations went well and there prices were the lowest around town. (believe me I went to every shop..lol)

Dream Dress. I was a bride at DaDu Bridal and I received the best treatment a bride could ask for!!!! They took my measurements before ordering my gown, and it fit wonderful when it arrived. I needed some alterations and was worried but the staff was very understanding and brought out this amazing alterations manager and she helped me so much!!! On my wedding day I was in my dream dress and it fit perfectly!!! Kudos to an amazing staff and alterations department!!!

Excellent service. I visited every shop in Boise and way beyond and ended up getting my dress in Dadu Bridal. I had heard some negative reviews but went with an open mind and was so so pleased with the service I received.

I think I must have been served by every member in the shop at one point, not cause I'm an akward customer but because i kept asking what people thought and just got them all involved. Everyone was so patient, helpful and truthful which was brilliant. I finally chose a Maggie Soterro dress which was ordered there and then, it came in on time, the dress fittings went well, the dress was ready for my pick up date. I had no problem whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dadu Bridal and still love my dress!

excellent service. VERY GOOD , SOLVED MY MAJOR PROBLEM . I ORDERED DRESS ON LINE AND THEY SENT ME RUBBISH AND THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURN AS THAT WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA . WENT TO DADU BRIDAL THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME THAT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE INTERNET. I WANT TO RECOMMEND TO TRY THIS STORE. THANKS A LOT DADU BRIDAL

Dadu the best dress store. They have a huge collection of dresses. I ordered my dress and got it in a week. While other stores I went to said they can not get it until 5 weeks. Dadu offered me the lowest price and plus there in store alterations were very reasonable. I have read some of dadus reviews and most of the bad ones are written by competition.. Anyways, they have the lowest prices and best service. Definitely a place to check out!!

super fast service. 7 Days from custom order to delivery, fantastic service and the dress is beautiful...my daughter is thrilled with it and can't wait for her prom.....would recommend this store...
