I have bought 2 cars from Internet Auto. Both times I was greeted by polite sales people, both times I have had all my questions answered and never felt pressured to buy. I told them both times I was only looking. I took lots of notes about what I was interested in, went home and did the research on price, quality, dependability etc. When I went back to make the deal, I told them exactly what I wanted to pay, and what I expected in trade. Both times there was no fuss about it. I received exactly what I was after. I am very happy with the entire process. If you have bad credit - you will probably get hit with the more money higher interest speech, but that would happen anywhere. If you do you homework, and know your situation, they are a fine company to do business with. I would buy another vehicle from them - without hesitation. I have been treated better at Internet than many other dealerships here in the valley.

DONT BUY FROM INTERNET AUTO IN BOISE! HIgh interest rates and flat out LIES. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. 19% interest is what they nailed me for as a pregnant single mom. Promised in 6 months i could refi. I came back in six months and they acted like they had no idea what i was talking about. My kid just came home crying cause she learned the hard way too. Has had a car for a month and a half and had to return it because they lied and told her the deal was done when it wasnt. SNAKES. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO DO WHAT IM DOING AND COMPLAIN TO THE BBB!!!

Worst used cars place ever. Aweful, terrible, and a waste of time. The salesman was very pushy and kept trying to get me to go against what my husband wanted and make us get a more expensive vehicle. Both the salesman and the finance person were on their cell phones the entire time we were doing paper work. Before signing the papers they agreed that if anything was wrong with the vehicle they would take it back and cancel the contract. We took the vehicle we got to a shop to get it checked out and make sure nothing was wrong with it. Low and behold the oil pan is seaping oil and the front brakes were almost completely worn even though they guraunteed that the vehicle had been completely inspected and nothing was wrong with it. We took it back the next day and they said that the sale was final, but they would fix it 100 percent, but we wouldn't be able to pick it up until the evening of the next day. The salesman was a complete jackass about the whole thing. These people wasted my time and gas having to drive back and forth. We certainly learned our lesson. Never ever buy from Internet Auto Rent and Sales!!!

Great customer service. I have to say that I was scared when I read the reviews on here because my hubby and I had just bought a car from here. The check engine light came on and I began to wonder if I had just bought a lemon. They were persistent to the point of being annoying trying to get us to buy the car, but any dealership is that way.

We decided that we just wanted our van back, long story, but luckily for us the financing hadn't gone through yet so we were able to make the trade back pretty painlessly. I wasn't the easiest customer and despite that they still treated me great.

Our salesman was awesome, even let us take the car for a very long test drive to make sure we liked it. They bent over backwards to earn our business and Iwish it had worked out.

I think people leave reviews when they have a bad expreince but that they forget to when it has been good. They seriously blew other dealerships out of the water with their customer service. We had two kids under 5 with us, and they were patient with them and pretty much let them do what they wanted through the painfully long process of buying a car ;) I will definitley consider going there again, just not sure they want me to since I was so stubborn!

Highly Recommended. We were greated immediately and were treated respectfully. Easiest time purchasing a vehicle. Would recommend to friends and family.

giving his best effort. they really try hard to get you into a vehicle. we went in and we immediatly take aside and lenny is trying very hard to get us into something we want. even if he doesnt he is giving his best effort

Bestplace despite some of these reviews;which one I witnessd. Its funny that there are some bad reviews for thisplace. I do know that they are a one of a kind (being the size and the service of a "dealership", but specializing in quality pre-owned-keeping you from that "drive off the lot depriciation); this makes alot of the dealerships upset which makes methink they wouldsink lowenough to try and degrade this place. Also the fact they hired ALL local talent, some from the other dealerships.I work for the largest grocerie store chain in Idaho and wasreffered by TWO co-workers who were more then happy with their purchases. We all have good credit though. I did witness a conversation thn a person leaving that they told very nicely they could not help.Thesepeople declined to even be told in private or else i wouldnt have even heard this. They left very upset because thevbanks were very iffy on financing it and they were given the option to possibly take it and hope the banks would take the loan. My experience has been with good credit; I have never been turned down by a bank. It sounds like these people have bad credit. If you cantpay your bills;dont complain when banks dont want to finance you!!! This is what is wrong with America! People go tobuy stuff they cant afford; feel entitled; then its always somebody elses fault...not theirs for notpaying their bills and having banks not wanting to deal with you thats why we are in this mess to begin with. I saw nothing but proffesionlism there and allegations of being hit on our typical FAULSE, below the belt jabs, that people throw out such as disgruntled employees,people that dont get their way and women with delusions of granjeur.....trust me, I handle one territory of P.R. for my company! Keep up the good work Caleb, Trina, and everybody else at Internet Auto sales that helped me out getting my new vehicle that was a good investment since it didnt depreciate when i drove off the lot!!!

Do not buy from these people!!!. They promise to pay your wages for the time spent there. What they don't say is only if you buy a car from them. Then when you ask for the wages they tell you to leave. Good thing I was only out 2 hours of pay and not a full day. Should have known they were a shady group when they cannot tell you asking prices for their cars! I give 1 star for the bowling lanes. Guess I would have given that up, for better pricing though.

Con Artists. Bought an Infiniti from these guys last summer. The car had trouble turning over so I took the car back to the service department since I had just bought the car to have them look at it. They told me it was the fuel pump and that they would replace it for free. When I picked up the car the service dept manager told me that he "did some research" on this car and that the key had to be turned 3/4 of the way for about 5 seconds to "do a diagnostic check" and then the car would start. Moved to Austin and took the car to the dealership to have them check it out. The dealership told me that the fuel pump needed to be replaced (this was only 6 months after Internet Auto told me they replaced the fuel pump). I told them what the service manager at Internet told me and Infiniti looked at me like I had two heads. The guys at Infiniti said that if you turn the car partially on for 5 seconds that allows the leaking fuel pump to build pressure so that the car would start without a problem. Internet Auto sales not only lied to me about replacing the fuel pump, the allowed me to drive around with a faulty fuel pump that could have failed at any time. They also sold me the car with tires that were practically bald and I had to get those all replaced once the tire shop showed me that they were cracking and were dangerous to be driving around on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Best Service I have had at any dealership. After getting the major run around at most car dealerships in Boise on fairview ave. I was exhausted. I decided to go with my girlfriend and try one more that I had heard about down at the end of fairview by K-mart. I drove onto the lot and was promptly greeted by a very kind and sincere gentleman Brian. I was not sure quite what I was looking for and after having spend over an hour in the hot sun we settled on a Toyota Tundra. Needless to say, the salesman Brian could not have been more helpful and within just an hour or so we found ourselves totally at ease with the whole buying process. The salesman let us know that he would do anything and everything to help with our purchase. And he did. Finally, being a former sales person myself I commented on the professional attitude of the entire dealership and found myself wondering how the old way of buying cars had gotten away from these people. Everyone in the dealership was kind and even had my two kids bowling and making popcorn for the duration of the process. I was very happy with the whole ordeal and recommend it to all my friends. And the nicest thing about the purchase was we went down the street and found the exact same truck for over $2000 more in every place we looked. I am so happy and even received a follow call from both the Gm and our nice salesman Brian. Thanks for the great experience.
