Great Place for Kids!
by mom431
I love this daycare! The kids are happy which makes me happy. Anita Leatham does an excellent job of managing her staff and children. Her staff follows a written, structured schedule throughout the day, unlike other daycares I've seen. You can ask to see it. It reminds me of the Nanny shows where the Nanny tapes a schedule to the fridge. It is run more like a school than a daycare which is a big plus. There are no TV's which is great. The kids are being challenged not sat in front of the t.v. It makes it tougher for the teachers, but better for the kids. Luckily there appear to be only top notch employees here. The children at this school will definitely be ready for kindergarten and beyond.
- Pros: Homey, cute envioronment
- Cons: only open until 6:00pm weekdays
Concrndmom is not telling the full story!

I am a parent and know of the "Dangerous Place" incident this person reports about. She is not telling the full story! Her child was missing both times because she had forgotten that she had given permission for her mother to pick up her child. Despite it being her mistake, she got mad at the daycare and pressed charges. It went to court and because this woman had given permission, the charges were dropped. The daycare did get fined for one charge, the staff member, despite knowing the grandmother, did not consistently ID the grandmother every time she picked up the child. It's pathetic that people like this make silly laws, like checking a known person's ID consistently, necessary. People like this make it inconvenient for all of us, not to mention the money we taxpayers have to pay for frivilous lawsuits.
- Pros: Staff is great! All are working on teaching or child degrees
- Cons: Far from home
Dangerous place to take your child to.

Along that line about Anita Leatham I recently had to take my child out of her charlie frog schools because of her inability to care for and protect my child. On 2 seperate occasions she had let my child leave the daycare without my knowledge or prior approval. My daughter is 3 years old and when arriving at the daycare finding my daughter not there and Anita or her staff not even knowing who they let my daughter leave with left me in a state of total concern. I filed a report and we just got out of court procedings where she was found guilty of not following her own regulations nor was she following Idaho law concerning letting the child leave without parents approval. My question is how often does this happen? BEWARE!! I would not recomend this daycare nor Anita Leatham to watch any children.
