We are a professional salon and spa who takes great care in our guests comfort and in their service. We strive to meet and exceed the needs of our guests! We have top notch customer service and our reviews with other certifiable places shows this. The customer is our #1 priority!

Shameful.
My friend had a horrible experience with hair color in this salon. The stylist was given a 2nd opportunity to fix it & made it worse. I saw my friend's hair & it was bad. My point is this: In a negative situation...you have a chance to turn it around for positive & win a customer for life. This is what defines our true character as a person & definately, as a business owner. My friend tried to resolve her concerns w/ the salon owner. However, the owner ignored her, made excuses & then yelled at her!! Never once did the owner apologize or own up to anything. Instead, the owner tried turning it around...like it was my friend's fault. This is not a sign of good customer service!! Ultimately, the owner refused to refund $ for unsatisfactory services rendered. That just shows the owner is not a person of integrity & does not stand behind her business. What a shame to conduct herself this way in such a small community.

No class!!.
My hairstylist did an ok job. But I had to listen to the stylist in the station next to me tell her client about her sex life with some "geeky engineer guy from Oregon"!! I was mortified & can only imagine what her client felt like. Come to find out, I heard that was the salon manager! I mean...have some class...geez!!!

~~HAIR CLIENTS BEWARE!!~~.
After reading positive reviews, I decided to try Rain. The stylist turned my beautiful blonde hair ash GRAY! I gave her a 2nd chance to re-do it & she turned it reddish/gold. To make matters worse, she discolored the collar of my shirt when the hair dye bled through her cape. My experience was horrible! I attempted to contact the manager & owner in person, by phone & email for over 2 weeks...to give them an opportunity to resolve things. I ended up going to another salon that I trusted to fix my color & had to spend for services twice. When Rain's salon owner, Mechelle, called me back (almost 30 days later) she stood by her "top colorist" & disavowed all of my concerns. Bottom line, this salon does NOT guarantee their products or services and the owner is VERY unprofessional! I wanted to warn the public, to save anyone the trouble that I experienced there!
