Best summed up by the term, "Slum lords." Avoid Park Place Property Management if you can help it.

The property was damaged and dirty before I moved in, but they kept my deposit and tried to charge me extra, even though we cleaned according to their extensive move-out checklist.

Maintenance service was inconsistent - sometimes they would respond promptly, other times it might take months to get something resolved, and sometimes it never got fixed at all.

To be fair, I have heard of a few people having decent interactions with Park Place, but I was not that lucky.

Very absent minded management. HUGE issues with coordination of any services to fix any concerns or problems. Scheduled a final walk through and they changed the date twice and then told us to leave a message with the person in charge of scheduling those and she would find a time. We got a call early the next morning saying that they were on their way to the apartment for the walk through. By the time that we we are to call Park Place, the walk through was finished and done with! Again terrible poor coordination of services and management! Would not recommend them. Hopefully others have better luck because luck seems to be the only thing running that business.
