I'm new in town and decided to look in the DEX phone directory for a salon. Well, there were many salon ads, but I usually go for the large ads. I found Todd Stewart Salon with a nice ad asking if I wanted a hair style change. I thought to myself, yes that sounds like a great idea. I booked an appointment and had a cut and color change. It turned out amazing. I received excellent customer service from beginning to end, plus the salon emailed me a request to answer their customer service survey online after my appointment. They are really serious about making sure that you get the hair service you are looking for and better yet exceeding your expectations! This salon is in a league of its own!

Will definitely go back!

I have always been extremely picky about my hair. Over the years I have tried MANY different salons in the Boise area and haven't returned to any of them. So last week I started the painstaking task of searching for a new salon. I found Todd Stewart Salon online and was really impressed with their website and their "double guarantee". When I went in for my appointment I knew I was in good hands. My stylist "Hailey" was great and really worked with the little information I gave her. I basically needed a new look and she gave me a cut and color that was gorgeous and perfect for me. I walked away saying "I love it" for the first time in well...ever! The attention to detail was great and it was nice to be really listened to. It was a wonderful experience. Great salon, I am a customer for life!

Talent and attention to detail

This is the first salon in Boise I have actually returned to. Just watching them, it is obvious the pride they take in getting your cut just right.
